Ideal for arriving staff, visiting caregivers and ongoing patient data communication anywhere needed. It gives you patient-doctor data and patient notes at a glance with optional color-coded magnetic cardholders and magnet status signals. Includes our card-keying template for fast, neat preparation of patient names. The compact 3' h x 2' w size (31 patients) fits nicely in tight, visually restricted areas (behind doors, etc.). Dry-erase write on the board too in 4 colors. Each patient row is numbered at both ends to reduce errors in line posting. Includes press-on lettering and numbering for room numbers and board title.
