You can order this board at no extra cost, custom-printed with your board title (replacing the one shown), Room and Bed Numbers and column headings (or leave them blank). Just click on the board # in the price chart below and follow the "Modify Board" step-by-step instructions. As an option, order it with a T-Card built-in to each patient row for keeping patient's personal details and care notes out of sight but quickly available 24/7 for staff review. Just lift the T-card to read it and remove it to post it. Each patient row is numbered at both ends and printed with alternating soft-gray ShadeLine® bars (optional) to reduce posting errors. They come with all the magnets and supplies you need to operate them.
