Plan and schedule teachers and classes on this flexible easy to update master schedule. With up to 100 color combinations you can group and or categorize any class or subject. 4 Sizes for 32, 64, 132 or 176 teachers or classrooms.

Save countless scheduling hours with this flexible, magnetic, dry-erase Class Programmer. It has everything you need to set it up, start scheduling and complete the system. Kits include magnetic cardholders (video) and card inserts, each in 10 colors, giving you up to 100 possible magnet color combinations that let you instantly locate, identify and visually group departments, grades, class sizes, courses or your own special color-coded items!

Option: You may order this system at the same price with 1x2" write-on magnets in 10 colors instead of the cardholders described above. See the price list below for this option.

Option: This system is also available with smaller size magnets EXSEA and with larger size magnets EXSHA.

It's so much better than trying to do it on a computer …the master schedule is hard enough as it is. With the board it is easier to see all your options. The software templates help make a nice, neat presentation and we re-use many of the cardholders from year to year which saves us hours and hours.

Who is this for?
The Master Class Scheduling Board is designed for school administrators and guidance teams looking to visually organize their Master teacher/classroom schedule. They say the color-coded magnets save countless hours by making it easy to spot and resolve class scheduling conflicts. These field-proven systems come with everything needed to operate them.
What comes with the 9-Period Same-Day whiteboard kit?
Each kit comes with everything needed to operate it, including the printed MagnaLux porcelain-like steel board, color-coded magnetic cardholders, printable card-inserts, magnetic headings, dry-erase pens, eraser/pen-holder, chart tape, cleaner, wipes, a magnet storage box, and WakTack magnets.
How does the color-coding work?
You can visually group departments, grades, subjects, courses, class sizes, or create your own codes. The magnetic cardholders and inserts each come in 10 colors, giving you up to 100 combinations. Use the 10 cardholder colors to show one dimension and the printable paper inserts (10 colors) to show another.
What capacities and board sizes are available?
Choose from 4 sizes for 32, 64, 132, or 176 teachers/classrooms in 3' x 2', 3' x 4', 4' x 6', or 4' x 8' boards.
Can I customize the board's headings and titles?
Yes. Use our Design-it Editing tool at no extra cost, or replace the board's magnetic headings with your custom words heat-fused on the board.
Can I choose write-on magnets instead of cardholders?
Yes. Some administrators tell us they would rather write class information on dry-erase magnets, so we offer them as an option at no additional charge. The 1x2" write-on magnets come in 10 colors, select this option when you order.
How durable is the surface and printing?
The lines and headings on the board are permanently heat-fused printed into the MagnaLux porcelain-like steel surface. Unlike flimsy laminated calendars, they are built for a lifetime of daily use.
Are other magnet sizes or formats available?
Yes. This system is also offered with smaller magnets (EXSEA) and larger magnets (EXSHA).

Each whiteboard system offers one or more kit options tailored specifically for that system. Each includes the same high quality, magnetic dry-erase whiteboard. How do I hang my new board?
Your BoldLyne® framed Magnatag® board comes with two hanging options: Patented Safety Hooks and FrameKlamp™ SlideChannel™ wall hangers. You can view an installation video of the two options or download the instructions for either by clicking these links: Safety Hook Installation or FrameKlamp™ Installation. Fastener hardware is not included. Please make sure the fasteners you use are appropriate for your wall.
What are the exact dimensions and weights of the boards?

What kind of pens should I use on my board?
For best results use the Magnatag® PandaBoard® dry-erase markers provided with your board.
How do I clean my board?
