See at a glance the progress of each individual student, in each subject, compared with the student body. The overall color-coded picture can quickly reveal trends or patterns needing attention. Although we suggest using the magnet symbol colors to show borderline, at-risk or intervention status, you can use these and additional magnet symbol colors to show codes meaningful to your school's student tracking needs.
These top quality magnetic boards have unique built-in numbered T-Card file slots that display a 5"h x 3-5/8"w die-cut T-Card for each student. The card's 1/2" T-top is visible with the student name (or number) with the rest of the card hidden in the file slot pocket. Lift the T-card up to read it. We suggest using the card's hidden area for student tracking notes and actions. More confidential data can be posted on the card's reverse side which would require it to be removed and turned over to read it. Each kit is ready-to-use with all the magnets and supplies needed to operate it including press-on letters and numbers with alignment tape to create your school's name or board title.

We absolutely love it... it has proven to be an excellent method to track the progress of at risk students. The board lives in our faculty lounge and often becomes the focal point during meetings. The tops of the T-card list the student names and in the hidden portion we list any of their special needs. Different color signal magnets are used to indicate that student's RTI (response to intervention) level. Staff members are encouraged to update the board regularly and the color coded magnets make it easy to spot when a change occurs.
