We list the required actions for all cases across the top of the board and case names down the side along with DOL (date of loss) and trial date. We use the board to keep track of filing dates and background work. The advocates and I make sure the boards are up-to-date with no red magnets. We write the dates in when a requirement is completed. We have sophisticated IT systems but the board definitely improves communications and eliminates case-killing errors.
