By having team members put the magnetic cardholder of the item that is low on the board under the LOW magnet heading, you can cut off most of these production-killer situations with early expediting action.

1" x 2" date card fits over the printed material card. Hand post it when adding an item to the board.

Magnetic 1" x 8" cardholder in 5 colors can show major class of material, supplier or your designated color code.

10 magnetic status signal colors can show expediting actions or special situations.

Write the due date directly on the board with the dry-erase pens in 4 colors.

Prepare these material cards with the card-keying template. Leave them in the magnetic cardholders and move them to this board when low or out.

How do I hang my new board?

Your BoldLyne^® framed Magnatag^® board comes with two hanging options: Patented Safety Hooks and FrameKlamp^™ SlideChannel^™ wall hangers. You can view an installation video of the two options or download the instructions for either by clicking these links: Safety Hook Installation or FrameKlamp^™ Installation. Fastener hardware is not included. Please make sure the fasteners you use are appropriate for your wall.

What are the exact dimensions and weights of the boards?
