YearDater 365-Day Reservations Calendar systems display deadlines and important dates with privacy t-cards.
YearDater™ puts a 365-day reservations suspense calendar on the wall (or on a Roll-Around™ Stand) to show what days are available for your reservations or suspense action items. Order it in 1, 2 or 3 year sizes.
As an option, (shown above), you can order it with a built-in visible file-slot for each day that holds a 5x3" T-Card giving you space to post details for each scheduled item.
YearDater™ comes with everything needed to plan and see each day, color-coded for each item, and flagged with status code magnet symbols. Set it up to be as detailed or simple as your scheduling needs require.
YearDater™ is ideal to reserve space for hospitality and conference facilities, schedule license renewals, personnel reviews, equipment inspections, client follow-ups, etc. ... any action targeted to happen at a specific date through the year. One glance instantly gives you the full color-coded story with details.
