To make your meetings more effective, plan them in detail with this board. It shows your meeting's where, when, subject, chairperson, attendees expected, facility preparation, materials needed and optional agenda details (on visible T-cards). Attendees will be able to see and know about meetings in time to have their participation plans ready.
Fast, flexible and easy to use, it includes magnet signals in 10 colors to show meeting room and material prep details, plus color-coded magnetic cardholders for attendee names, meeting type, subject and your special color codes. Move the magnets to make changes and dry-erase write directly on the board too. It's as flexible as your imagination.
