Dry-erase "Rough-out" your staff picture, then refine and formalize it for presentation. There are wide spaces between the columns of faint-gray "disappearing" Ghost-Boxes™ for drawing and taping authority lines and department or group subdivisions, and keeps everything perfectly aligned for easy counting and balance. The optional 1x4" magnetic cardholders in 5 colors fit and cover the Ghost-Boxes™ and the 10 card colors give you up to 50 color-combination codes for fast visual identification, location, grouping and counting. Key data on the card inserts with the card-keying template and use the 10 magnet signal colors to show current status.
It's also ideal for quickly organizing and visually sorting any body of data into groups, priorities or categories.
