The porcelain-like steel magnetic dry-erase whiteboard has a GhostWhite™ background grid for creating your perfectly-aligned organization chart with the PreciseLine® Chart tapes and then being able to make quick changes as your organization evolves. You see the grid up close but it "disappears" when you step back a little.
