The magic of this board is that no task assignee wants to see Past Due jobs stacked under their name.
Post the job assignment and the due date on the color-coded magnetic cardholders under each assignee's name. Cardholder + card colors give you 50 color combination codes for immediate task type ID, priority or due dates. When jobs become past due, place them under the PAST DUE magnet in the same column. Use the 10 magnet status signal colors to flag the status of each task.
