See everything I have going on... The President of our company came to me and said that he wanted me to come up with a way that he could come into my work area and see everything that I have going on. I saw this magnetic printed whiteboard online and thought that it would be a great way to not only communicate all of that to him, but also help me to manage it all. Once the board arrived it was easy to set up. There are grid lines already printed on the board. I have 13 projects up covering an eight month time period. The magnet strips are cut to length to represent the number of days I've dedicated for that particular project step. Now if someone asks me if I can do something for them, I look at the board to see exactly where I can fit them in. Now there isn't anyone that can say they don't know what I have going on.
