This board gives you a view of the daily parts produced and rejected on each of 3 shifts for a week. It also shows you total production numbers for each day of the month and each month of the year with plenty of room at the bottom of the board to write ongoing tasks to do, instructions, goals, etc. or to post production problems, concerns and other management-employee dialogue.
Write on it with the dry-erase markers and pens in 4 color and use magnets. Kits include magnetic status signals in 10 colors for spotlighting problems (create your own color code) and Happy-Sad™ Flip-Over® magnets give employees management feedback in one unmistakable image.
