Ideal & Rejects™ Quality Assurance
Display photos or poly-bagged rejected parts so they can be compared to the ideal part by production team members. Kits include carefully selected magnetic display pockets and clips. 3 Sizes for 4, 9 or 16 part rows. 2 Formats: 3 or 5 reject columns
Use the magnetic PhotoJackets™ to post photos or diagrams of parts showing ideal and reject information. Kit also has MagnaSnap® clips that hold up to 10 sheets or a light polybag with small sample parts. Magnetic SuperClips™ are also included that hold up to 2 lbs of anything on the board. Write directly on the board too, in 4 colors with the dry-erase pens.
This essential production whiteboard will be referred to constantly by your machine and assembly operators with quality improvements immediate and continuing. As a quality assurance tool, it is a must wherever attention to parts integrity and tolerances is important.
