Plan, post and quickly update activities on big, classic-format, perpetual calendars using magnetic cardholders and dry-erase pens. Write directly on the heat-fused printed MagnaLux® porcelain-like steel dry-erase whiteboard surface in 4 colors and use the optional color-coded magnetic cardholders and signals to display events and status.
Everything is magnetic and moveable for instant control at your fingertips. To update it at month-end, reposition the magnetic dates and change the month magnet. Weekday names are printed on the board.
Devise your own color-code: For example: the 5 magnetic cardholder colors can code the type of event: (red = meeting, blue = outside trip, etc.) and the 10 card colors the subject matter (green = engineering, orange = marketing, etc.). The colors let you visually locate and group like events instantly without having to read the card data. With the 10 magnet status signal colors you can also flag last-minute changes and activity status.
