Until now, there was little room for detail on a magnetic whiteboard. These T-Dex™ Card whiteboards put the full data in view at your fingertips. They have built-in numbered T-Card file slots in each posting cell. Display task assignments, items to-do, project stages, staffing or any detailed information you want in specified columns. You not only see everything, but can lift the big T-Cards in the file slots to read each item's details. Kits come with 5"h x 3-3/8"w T-cards in 10 colors (17 available) and a T-card-keying template. They also include carefully-selected magnets and supplies including Do-Done® FlipOver® magnets, signals and a comprehensive assortment of supplies; everything needed to operate the system.
Our way to keep track... This couldn't have been simpler to set up. The board lives in our maintenance area and serves as our way to keep track of all of the work orders. When an employee submits a request into our system, an alert prompts me to print out the work order information onto one of the T-cards. Each morning the maintenance staff reviews the board for any priority jobs and then divides out the work to be done that day. The T-cards give the worker all the job details and once it is completed we can keep a record of the card so that we have a history of all the work that has been done.
