To hold attention, each board comes with big 2" circle magnets in red, green, blue, yellow and black with your own special meanings that display in a separate status box. For example: red = down, green = fixed and up, blue = going down, yellow = behind schedule for fixing and black = broke and down until further notice, or your own color codes. (5 more colors available). Also, big magnetic arrows in the same colors point to specific words or notes with the same code meanings.
