Place these In-Out boards in your staff entry-exit area in view of the receptionist. As each staff member arrives or leaves, they slide the red magnet circle indicator to the In or Out column and write an optional note on the board (destination, return, etc.), or receive a note on return (see Mary, etc.) One glance and everyone can see who is in, out and where or when. It's fast, simple, with no management oversight to maintain or update! Everybody on staff will come to rely on it.
