Use the optional large 1x6" magnetic cardholders and magnet status signals for quick posting and job staging with little work. Use the magnet color combinations to group jobs. 5 cardholder and 10 card colors give you up to 50 color combinations for fast visual recognition. Jobs can be hand-written or keyed directly to the card inserts on your PC with the card-keying template. There is room next to each job for 2 signal magnets to post up-to-the-minute status changes without writing.
