Getting a grip on the overall picture of your multi-project task assignments is a lot easier with this color-coded 52-week view. Each project has 16 task or item rows that are plotted against the 52-week timeline columns with magnetic color-coded signals showing the current status, assignees and details. There's also plenty of writing room with each project for notes and visual communication with your team and associates. It's a superb visual communicator with everyone concerned, showing the status of each task relative to its companion tasks and its position in the project timeline during the year.
Each project team maintains their part and refers to it often. We needed a visual for management to see our progress on a variety of operations projects. The board does that nicely.
