Intuitive... This board came about because we were looking for a more visual approach to our project management. At first we thought that a computer program was the answer, but they all just seemed too involved. We needed something that was intuitive, not something that everyone would have to take a training class to understand. That's what I love about this board. It is so simple that anyone can figure out how to use it right out of the box. At first we thought that we'd have one person manage the updates on the board, but after a while we decided that each project lead would be responsible for making certain that their information is kept up to date. Once a week we all huddle around the board and give a brief status update. It gives each of the leads a chance to coordinate with the others any resources or help that might be needed. Management loves it because we can have fewer formal meetings now. We used to have to schedule an hour of downtime just to go through each project in detail. Now that all of this information is updated on the board throughout the week, it takes all of about 15 minutes.
