A quick glance shows you and your team the color-coded status of each line item as it progresses through (up to) 19 scheduled steps or stages.
When starting to schedule, put a FlipOver® 2-sided magnet yellow side up, under each scheduled step for each line item (job, client, trainee, project task, etc.) When the step is completed, turn the magnet over to expose the green reverse side showing a completed step. If there is a problem at any step, replace it with a red magnet. 2 other magnet colors are included for creating your own special color codes (10 colors available). Letter your magnetic step and stage column headings using the kit's card-keying template.
