This magnetic whiteboard displays a panorama of your district's full year emergency drill program in color-coded detail for everyone to see at a glance. It has columns for 10 fire drills, 2 Lock-downs, 2 Evacuation and 2 Weather drills, but you can tailor the columns heading words to show your schedule.
Its 2-sided Flip-Over® Green/Yellow magnet symbols show drills scheduled and completed, and a red magnet symbol shows if there is a problem to address. You can use the smaller magnet signals in 10 colors to flag details (week day, staffing, etc.)
It's fast and easy to maintain and update; Just turn over the magnet to show each drill's status. Kits also include 5/8" x 6" magnetic cardholders (in 5 colors) with card inserts (in 10 colors) for posting color-coded school names, or displaying notes in the right hand column for the week's activity.
