Quickly update priorities with Long write-on magnets.
This board includes our long write-on magnets. These magnets make updating your priorities as easy as moving a magnet. The 5 colors help you categorize your projects, jobs or tasks. The colors can be seen from a distance, communicating what projects are important.
At the beginning of each month, we have a meeting to pick the top 5 projects that we want to complete by month's end. We found that the Project Prioritylines™ board was a great way to communicate what these top projects were as well as act as a status board for the rest of the ongoing projects. The setup makes it real easy to keep up to date. At the end of each month we remove any completed projects, put the new ones on and reorder our prioritys. This way everyone knows which projects we'll be focusing on and they don't have to ask where their time should be spent.
