Vehicle Service Monitor™ Magnetic Dry-Erase Whiteboard Systems

It displays your shop's work load to everyone, beats shuffling work orders and answering a lot of repetitive questions. Post vehicles down the left side with service due date and mileage, last service and mileage, and then create your own column headings for the various services you perform (inspect, brakes, tune-up, etc.).
There are 8 columns plus a notes section. Use the 10 magnet signal colors to alert you to the next vehicles needing service, etc. (creating your own color code) and then use the unique FlipOver® 2-sided write-on magnets (a different color on each side) to schedule the work to be done each day. The yellow, red, blue or orange side can code the mechanic (or your code) and when the job is completed, turn the magnet over to flash the green side.
We always know what equipment is available... We have a large fleet of vehicles and equipment that needs regular maintenance in order to keep everything operational. We're using this board to help us manage all of this information so that we can limit the amount of downtime and repairs required. Service dates used to be marked on the equipment's file, but that doesn't do you any good unless you regularly review them. Who has the time for that? With this board we have the entire maintenance schedule available to us in an instant and we always know what equipment is available when we're planning new jobs or moving things around on the schedule.
